If you have Wii games rated E that your family no longer uses, we’d love to put them to good use at the Library!  Please bring them in today.

Let us help make your life better!  We have over 1,200 DVDs and books by your favorite authors.  Come in and use our wi-fi, faxing, copying, story time, online catalog and computers with internet & MS office products.  From home check our website, Facebook page, catalog, online story time and downloadable ebooks and audio.    

Did you get a new e-reader or tablet for Christmas?  Make use of our NH Downloadable Book Collection (in co-operation with the State Library other NH Libraries) to download FREE e-books.  Find the link on our website or on our catalog.   

Need to make room for all your new books &  DVDs?  We’d be happy to take the movies and books you no longer need!!      

Story Time!  We have our story time schedule for the entire year and part of next so mark your calendars!  They will on be on Thursdays at 4:15p and usually have a holiday theme.  2012: 2/9, 3/8, 4/19, 5/10

On our website you can find: the Genealogy of Births, Marriages Deaths in the Town of Troy, NH from the 1700s to 2010.  Plus a list of who is in the Village Cemetery that we got from Janet McCullough.  AND letters written from 1942-1944 to the Librarian, Annie Clark, along with a directory of Troy citizens in the armed forces for that time period.

Come to our new book group!  On Tuesday the 21st at 4pm we will be discussing The Book Thief  by Markus Zusak.  Copies are available at the Library.

Have story time at home with Tumble Books!  Perfect during school vacation!  No need to leave the house!!  This online collection for children of animated talking picture books plus puzzles and games can be accessed from our website.

Feeling Generous?? Buy the library a book from our wish list.  We could really use your help! So far we’ve received over $800 worth of books!

Hold your public meeting at the Library!  We have a fabulous and free meeting room that’s heated in the winter and kinda cool in the summer.  It’s good enough for the Budget Committee, Conservation Committee, American Legion plus many others!  Call us soon to schedule a date.
