    Start your St. Patrick’s day off right by having a yummy breakfast while supporting the library!! This month’s community breakfast at the Lutheran Church on March 17th from 8 – 10 AM will benefit the Library’s Summer Reading Program.  Hope to see you there!  

    Since the IRS won’t send us tax forms anymore, we are printing tax forms for FREE (up to 10 pages) until April 17th.  Information on local, FREE tax assistance locations is available at the library and on our website.

    Please come to town meeting on 3/14 at 7 PM at the school and support the library’s budget and warrant article.

    Story Time!  We have our story time schedule for the entire year and part of next so mark your calendars!  They will on be on Thursdays at 4:15 PM and usually have a holiday theme.  2012: 3/8, 4/19, 5/10

    Africa at the Library!  The display case and surrounding area is filled with memorabilia from Judy Hall’s 2008 trip to Tanzania.  Fascinating and fun!  Come see!

    Come to our new book group!  On Tuesday the 20th  at 4PM we will be discussing To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.  Copies are available at the Library. 

    On our website you can find: the Genealogy of Births, Marriages Deaths in the Town of Troy, NH from the 1700s to 2010. Plus a list of who is in the Village Cemetery that we got from Janet McCullough.  AND letters written from 1942-1944 to the Librarian, Annie Clark, along with a directory of Troy citizens in the armed forces for that time period. 

    Feeling Generous?? Buy the library a book from our Amazon.com wish list.  We could really use your help!  So far we’ve received over $800 worth of books!
Hold your public meeting at the Library!  We have a fabulous and free meeting room that’s heated in the winter and kinda cool in the summer.  It’s good enough for the Budget Committee, Conservation Committee, American Legion plus many others!  Call us soon to schedule a date.  

    The Library Board of Trustees will meet Wednesday, March 7th  at 7 PM in the Library.   The public is welcome to join us to discuss how excited we are that Spring is SO close.

    Our hours are Tuesday 10:30AM – 7:30PM, Wednesday & Thursday 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM, Saturday 10 AM – 3 PM.  Ask for a super cool magnet with our hours and get one FREE.  Come on down and see your tax dollars at work!!
